EPL 2017/2018 premier league opening day Fixtures, as the Champions faces Burnley

Premier League champions Chelsea will open their defence with a home clash against Burnley, while Tottenham who finished second last season will start the 2017/2018 campaign with a visit to newly-promoted Newcastle United on the weekend of 12 and 13 August.

Manchester City, who finished third last season, will be away to newcomers Brighton, with fourth-placed Liverpool travelling to Watford.

Arsenal and Manchester United, who finished fifth and sixth respectively, will be home to Leicester City and West Ham.

In other fixtures, new boys Huddersfield visit Crystal Palace, Everton welcomes Stoke City, Southampton host Swansea City while West Bromwich Albion will be at home against Bournemouth
The league is set to finish on Sunday May 13th 2018, a week earlier than last season, with the World Cup finals in Russia starting on June 14th.
